Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A 20% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival at the setup.
• Decoration slots are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis
• 
  

2. Food & Beverages Policy

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the event location unless approved by Beach Decorations Goa.
• The operator reserves full rights to cancel the arrangement or deny admission in case of any violation of this policy
• 
  

3. Decoration Use

• The payment made to Beach Decorations Goa covers only the use of the decoration setup for up to 3 hours during your event.
• Setup and removal time are managed exclusively by our team and are not included in the 3-hour event duration.

4. Ownership of Decor

• All decoration items, props, lights, and accessories are the exclusive property of Beach Decorations Goa.
  These are provided for temporary use only and are not for sale or transfer 
• 
  

5. No Removal of Items

• Clients and guests are strictly prohibited from removing or taking away any decoration items from the setup.
• All materials used remain the property of Beach Decorations Goa and will be collected after the event.

6. Handling with Care

• Clients are requested to ensure that guests and vendors handle the setup carefully.
• Any damage or loss caused to the decoration items during the event will be charged at replacement cost.
   

7.  Extra Time

• If you wish to extend the setup duration beyond 3 hours, please inform us in advance.
• Extra time will be charged as per our rates and subject to availability

8. General Note

• By confirming your booking, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
• Beach Decorations Goa reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or remove the decoration setup after the agreed duration or in case of any breach of terms.
